After removing my FEL and changing the hydraulic fluid in my 3430, I can't re-attach the FEL hydraulic lines. Any suggestions out there?

if the problem is that you can't get them back together, try putting a 1/4 socket extensiion in the female end, covering it with a rag, and hitting the ext. with a small hammer to relieve any pressure in the line. a little fluid will come out, hence the rag. make sure you relieve the pressure before you disconnect them in the future by turning off the engine and cycling the control lever.
good luck

I would urge a big dose of caution doing this.
Hydraulic fluid under pressure is formidible thing. If you get it in you, the jet of fluid can easily pierce skin, it can be fatal.
The safest way is to try to very gently slack off the fitting on the offending pressurized line with a couple of wrenches. At least then you can control the release to a gentle dribble.
Be sure to top up the system and run the air out after you get hooked up again.
As was mentioned, the easiest way to prevent this is to get the FEL into a relaxed position on a solid rest before you disconnect it. This is done by turning off the machine and moving the controller through all positions a few times before disconnecting it.
Best of luck. ....

If I may add to the suggestion on how to break the pressure in the future, do the same with any remote hyd equipment. ....
